SNEC Foundation Continues Support for Team Teaching

The Southeastern New England Educational and Charitable () Foundation is continuing its support for Cummings School of Architecture Preservation activities in Fall 2025 and Spring 2026. 

 

Fall 2025 team teaching in PRES 331/531 Historic Construction Materials brought together Alyssa Lozupone, Director of Preservation at the  and Ben Haavik from Boston, in field examination of the 17th century , 18th century , 19th century  and 20th century

 

Spring 2026 team teaching support in ARCH 517 Collaborative Revitalization Studio allowed for the continuing participation of Preservationist John Tschirch, author of recent books  and Jamestown, both published by Giles, London. The Spring 2026 Collaborative Revitalization Studio focuses on adaptive reuse and preservation of a historic airfield in San Diego, CA, for commercial use, in collaboration with Vasey Aviation’s Andrew Vasey and Elizabeth Murray, and RWU’s Dean Stephen White and Associate Dean Greg Laramie.
