Bridges, powered by Sakai, is an open-source course management system for creating web-based instructional materials.  Bridges offers the academic community a unified platform to manage courses, create e-portfolios, and collaborate on research, projects, and other university activities.

Planning Ahead:

  • Request classroom equipment at least 2 business days before you need it
  • Request video or event services at least 1 week before the event
  • Support hours are provided at under "Hours of Operation"

Information Technology provides support for University-owned desktops and laptops, either remotely or in person at your desk. This includes setup, maintenance, and repairs.

Faculty and staff can report issues or ask questions through the or by calling the MediaTech Desk at (401) 254-6363. Requests are automatically sent to the right support person.

¿Û¿Û´«Ã½ uses ADSelfService Plus to help users manage their passwords.  ADSelfService Plus is a secure, easy-to-use web tool that allows you to reset your password or unlock your accounts (O365, Gmail) without contacting the helpdesk.
